Our Story...Bakery 17 was originally founded by Matias J Amiel, a then high school student from the Greater Philadelphia Area, and has since expanded and added members. Bakery 17 is the retail bakery which ensures that you enjoy fresh pastries at your door every Saturday morning. Bakery 17, however, does not bake the pastries— the pastries are baked by wholesale bakery Au Fournil - the very best on the Main Line!
